This multi-tenant platform provides you with the ability to send orders to your vendors in the field - which these service providers can access at any time through the SLUICE mobile app.

From here you have real-time communication with workers and subcontractors in the field - resolving any issues as they arise. These same vendors can accept orders, follow mapping directions to the property, capture geo-tagged photographs, and complete the relevant forms all within the SLUICE app itself.

SLUICE facilitates data harvesting for any kind of inspection or valuation assignment. The platform comprises both native Android and iOS applications that can be used on tablets and phones to improve the efficiency and accuracy of information collected about collateral in the field.

Working within the ACUITY form building engine you can create custom data collection forms and fields for your own products - or rely on the many templates we provide for the most utilized products in the marketplace.

The SLUICE application also allows for a conditional acceptance feature on certain orders that permits vendors to negotiate terms of an order in real-time - reducing the time commitment from your team in emails and phone calls.

Should an order take a vendor off the grid, SLUICE is specially built to work just as well offline, uploading data to the servers once the connection is restored.

SLUICE discourages fraud by only allowing images to be captured in the app itself - these are then geo-tagged and time-stamped - guaranteeing all images submitted with an order where in fact taken on-site at the date and time specified.

SLUICE uses Property VeriPix, ClearValue's specialized photograph validation and fraud prevention technology to ensure that images are taken of the correct property at the designated inspection time. Location, photographer, date/time, and other metadata are seamlessly baked into images taken by SLUICE and exchanged with the ACUITY management platform in a cryptographically secure manner. This prevents accidental or malicious use of photographs that are not authentic.

The core features of SLUICE are:

  • Send assignments to specific vendors or broadcast an order to a group. Once an order is accepted the vendor schedules the task and gets going!

  • The app offers the vendor directions directly to the property

  • All photos are taken and recorded in the app using Property Veripix technology, limiting fraudulent behavior

  • All data required for the appraisal process is recorded in the app and cannot be submitted until all the requirements are met

  • You can message the vendor in real time, answering any queries or addressing issues

  • Data is uploaded to a secure database for review
